New Waters Recovery North Carolina Fund, LP is a newly organized Delaware limited partnership (the “Fund”) formed to pursue an investment in New Waters Recovery North Carolina, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“New Waters

Recovery”). New Waters Recovery intends to identify, lease and upfit a facility out of which it will operate a private medical detox facility in the Raleigh-Durham region of North Carolina. The Fund’s general partner is Inveniam Healthcare, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “General Partner”). The General Partner will make all management, investment and disposition decisions in respect of the Fund.
