In, 2022, intel announced they woul d invest more than $20 billion to build two new fobs just outside Columbus, OH. Since Intel’s announcement, their impact has been significant to the transformation happening in Licking County, just east of Columbus. 183 Acres in Licking County: Microsoft paid $57 million for a cost of $311,475 per acre.

Amazon Land Purchase:
